Establishment of JPM Metal Finishers
Launched Unit 1 at Cama Industrial Estate, Goregaon East, Mumbai. Initially operating a 250 sq. ft. footprint, the facility scaled to 4,500 sq. ft., commercializing premium nickel chrome and zinc plating lines while diversifying into advanced finishes like antique brass, satin nickel, satin chrome, and gold.
Capability Expansion & ABS Plastic Plating
Commissioned Unit 2 at Sonawala Industrial Estate, Goregaon East spanning 4,000 sq. ft. This unit specialized in ABS plastic plating, further expanding capabilities to include alkaline zinc plating, barrel nickel, barrel zinc, electrophoretic coating, blackodising, as well as the manufacturing of electroplating plants and equipment.
Unit 3 Goa Setup & Rebranding
Established Unit 3 in Madkai Industrial Estate, Goa, with a large-scale facility of over 20,000 sq. ft. to absorb high-volume corporate contracts like Godrej Locks. Concurrently, Mr. Manish Manohar joined operations, rebranding Unit 2 as Galvanico Tech and introducing complex finishes like rose gold, black nickel, black matte, gunmetal, antique brass, antique copper matte, electroless nickel, electroless copper, duplex nickel, and chemical manufacturing.
